WHY IT FEELS SO HARD
It’s not always what’s happening that makes life so hard. It’s what you’re making it mean.
A thought can turn an ordinary moment into a much bigger verdict about you. See if any of these sound familiar.
You didn’t finish everything on your list.
“I should be able to keep up.”
Suddenly, an unfinished task feels like evidence that you’re failing.
Someone you love is disappointed.
“I must have done something wrong.”
Now their disappointment feels like a problem you’re responsible for fixing.
You consider asking for help.
“I shouldn’t need it.”
So you take on more, even though you’re already carrying plenty.
What if you could notice those thoughts without automatically believing them?
You could address the unfinished task without questioning your competence. Care about someone’s feelings without making them your responsibility. Ask for support without needing to justify it.
That’s the work of Feel Better. Not pretending everything is fine. Learning to respond to your life without adding unnecessary suffering.
And you can begin practicing it in the life you have now. One moment, one thought, one choice at a time.
THE RESULTS
What could you do with the energy you’re spending on unnecessary pressure?
AT WORK
Send the email without three rounds of reassurance.
Leave the meeting without replaying it all evening.
Delegate the task without taking it back.
Do good work - and know when the useful work is done.
Â
IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
Let someone you love have a feeling without turning it into an emergency.
Say what you mean without rehearsing every possible response.
Be with people instead of silently grading yourself while you’re with them.
Â
IN YOUR BODY & HEALTH
Miss a workout and simply go to the next one.
Notice when you’re tired before you’re depleted.
Choose care over punishment, and let your habits support your life instead of dominating your attention.
This isn’t just about feeling calmer. It’s about getting more of yourself back - for your work, your relationships, your health, and what matters to you.
THE METHOD
When you know what to do with your own thoughts, everything changes.
I wish someone had taught me these skills much earlier. They’re simple enough to use in a difficult meeting, during a tense dinner, or in the moment you catch yourself spiraling.
Acknowledge what’s happening. Allow the feelings that are there. Ask what you’re assuming. Align with a more honest and helpful perspective. Apply what you’re learning in one real decision or action.
This isn’t about forcing positive thinking. Sometimes the most useful action is allowing a feeling, asking for support, repairing a moment, or discovering that a practical change is needed.
THE TEN SKILLS
Ten skills for the situations that keep getting under your skin.
Each week starts with a moment you’ll recognize. Then we look underneath it: What am I believing that makes this so hard? And do I want to keep believing it?
1. Manage Your Mind
2. Motivate From Desire
3. Plan for Real Life
4. Listen to Your Body
5. Live as Your Future Self
6. Release Control
7. Feel Your Feelings
8. Start Fresh
9. Question Your Thoughts
10. Prioritize Worthy Problems
You don’t have to master all ten skills at once. You’ll practice one, recognize it in your own life, and build from there.
YOUR WEEKLY EXPERIENCE
This isn’t a library of videos to watch someday. It’s a practice we build together.
The work is deep, but the process is straightforward: one teaching each week, one activity to try, and short prompts that help you notice what’s happening in your life.
FRIDAY / LEARN
A new training video and application activity show you exactly how to practice the week’s skill.
MONDAY-FRIDAY / GO DEEPER
Five short prompts guide your self-coaching: Acknowledge, Allow, Ask, Align, Apply.
THURSDAY / GET ANSWERS
Submit questions and watch my video responses to participant questions.
THROUGHOUT / KEEP WHAT WORKS
Build your personal playbook—your own record of thoughts, discoveries, and useful responses you can return to.Â
Delivered through a private Telegram channel. The Self-Guided Coaching does not include live group calls.
“I’ve never felt more calm, present, and in control of my business and family life. I trust myself.”

CHOOSE YOUR EXPERIENCE
The same powerful work. Two ways to experience it.
“I stopped blaming outside circumstances and started designing the professional life I want.”
ANGIE H.
I built this coaching program because motherhood broke my old operating system too.
I was a high achiever who knew how to work harder, prepare more and get things right. Then I had two babies and discovered there was no amount of effort that could make me feel completely caught up.
I tried harder. It made me more exhausted.
Self-coaching gave me another way to live inside a life I could not fully control. Eventually I trained as a coach, and I've now spent six years coaching hundreds of clients - especially working moms - through the same recurring patterns.
That is why these ten skills are not theoretical. They come from the moments I have watched repeat over and over.
WHY I OFFER IT THIS WAY
The investment is smaller.
The work isn’t.
I’ve taught this methodology through private coaching and higher-priced programs. I’ve seen what happens when people finally understand the beliefs underneath the pressure they’ve been carrying.
I created this guided format because I want more people to have these skills—and because busy, capable people deserve a way to do meaningful work without rearranging their whole lives.
You’re getting the depth of the method, with a different level of access to me. If you want direct live coaching, that’s what the Small Group Coaching is for.
You can absolutely learn to do this. You don’t need to wait for life to get less complicated.
