Private coaching for leaders who want better decisions, stronger execution and measurable change.

You do not need more content. You need a place to bring the decisions, patterns, conversations and goals that are expensive to keep circling alone.

Private coaching is high-touch, individualized support for leaders, founders and high performers who want to move faster on the result that matters most right now - while protecting the relationships, health and life that make the result worth having.

At the beginning, we define what would make the investment worth it. Then we coach toward evidence you can actually see: a decision made, a conversation had, hours reclaimed, a leadership behavior changed, an opportunity pursued, a result created, or a pattern that no longer costs what it used to.

WHY THIS LEVEL OF SUPPORT

Some problems are too expensive to keep thinking about for another six months.

A course can teach you a framework. A book can give you a useful idea. Self-coaching can help with many everyday moments.

Private coaching is for the places where the stakes, complexity or speed make individualized thinking especially valuable.

Clients choose this level of support when:

The same decision keeps reopening and delay has a real cost.

They know the leadership behavior they want to change but cannot see their own pattern clearly from inside it.

A promotion, compensation conversation, business opportunity, team problem or career move has meaningful upside.

They want accountability and clean thinking around execution, not another library of information.

The professional problem is intertwined with confidence, relationships, health, family, identity or capacity.

They want a confidential thought partner who can learn the context deeply enough to challenge the thinking, not just teach a generic framework.

This is not more homework. It is more precision.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

We make the work specific enough to measure.

We define the return first. At the start, we answer one question: if this worked exceptionally well, what would be different? Not "feel more confident," but "make the decision, have the compensation conversation, stop losing five hours a week replaying work."

We coach the real moments. Bring the board meeting, the hiring decision, the Slack exchange, the conversation you keep avoiding. We work with real material, not hypothetical exercises.

We look at the whole system. A delegation problem may really be about control. An execution problem may be about fear, capacity or a plan built for fantasy time.

Every session ends in action. You leave knowing what you're deciding, saying, stopping or delegating next.

We review the evidence. We keep returning to what's actually changing in your calendar, decisions, leadership and life.

Ambition stays. I'm not interested in coaching high performers to care less. I help remove the friction, proving and self-criticism so more of your effort reaches the result. The tools are simple enough to use on your own, because the goal is stronger self-leadership, not dependence on coaching.

What This Can Look Like in Practice

The work is individualized, but the value should be concrete.

Depending on your goal, clients coach toward outcomes like:

  • A high-stakes decision made in days instead of months.
  • A compensation, promotion, scope or board conversation finally initiated.
  • Hours reclaimed from rumination, unnecessary work or micromanagement.
  • Clearer delegation and stronger ownership across a team.
  • A difficult conversation handled before it becomes a larger people problem.
  • More visible, strategic work because valuable hours are no longer disappearing into rework.
  • A business or career move executed instead of endlessly evaluated.
  • More capacity for family, health and life without lowering professional standards.

These are examples of outcomes we can coach toward, not guarantees of any specific career or financial result.

EXAMPLE / THE DECISION

A leader has spent weeks revisiting a career decision because each option creates a different fear. We separate facts from imagined guarantees, identify what she values, accept the uncertainty no decision can remove, and define a decision process she can respect. The result we measure is not “feeling certain.” It is making the decision, communicating it and redirecting the mental hours that were disappearing into reconsideration.

EXAMPLE / THE LEADERSHIP PATTERN

A senior leader is carrying too much because stepping back feels irresponsible. We identify where ownership has become control, define what good delegation requires, and coach the discomfort of letting capable people do work differently. The evidence may be fewer hours in low-leverage execution, clearer ownership on the team and more time spent on strategic work only that leader can do.

EXAMPLE / THE ASK

A high performer wants more scope or compensation but keeps gathering more proof before initiating the conversation. We separate useful preparation from preparation-as-avoidance, build the business case, coach the fear of hearing no, and make the ask. The measurable result is the conversation and strategic next step - regardless of whether the external answer is immediately yes.

“Amanda consistently helps me clarify my professional and personal goals and ensure that my time is spent in alignment with my priorities.

She is so encouraging and has helped affirm my confidence when I have questioned my decisions. She gives me positive reminders that I replay over and over in my head when I’m starting to doubt myself. Her sign off ‘always in your corner’ is so authentic to who she is: I feel like Amanda is in fact always in my corner and the person that I can call whenever I need to get unstuck.”

Private coaching is a strong fit if

You are a leader, founder, executive or high performer with a meaningful result or problem to solve.

The cost of staying stuck is showing up in time, money, opportunity, performance, relationships or energy.

You want candid, thoughtful coaching - not simply encouragement or advice.

You are willing to examine your own thinking and take action between sessions.

You value confidentiality and individualized context.

You want support that can move between professional and personal domains when they affect the same result.

It may not be the right fit if you want a self-paced curriculum or are looking for mental-health treatment. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace appropriate clinical care.

Make the investment measurable before you make it.

You do not need to know exactly how to solve the problem before we talk. You do need a result important enough to examine what it is costing you to keep doing it the current way.

We will start by defining what would make the coaching worth it. Then we will work backward from that evidence - one decision, conversation, behavior and action at a time.
